These Terms of Use govern your use of the JustJump Rope app.

The app

JustJump Rope counts jump rope repetitions on your device using the camera. It is provided for personal fitness use, as is, without warranty of accuracy. Counts are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical or competitive purposes.

Subscription

JustJump Pro is an auto-renewable subscription.

Length and price

Monthly at $5.99 a month or yearly at $39.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial. The App Store product page and the app show the current price before you subscribe.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Health and safety

Exercise carries risk. Make sure you have clear space and appropriate footwear, and stop if you feel unwell. You are responsible for using the app safely. JustJump Rope is not a medical device and gives no medical advice.

Privacy

JustJump Rope collects nothing. Camera frames are read on your device and are never recorded or transmitted. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
